Please correct me if I am mistaken but I do believe that Redlands is getting more runnable. The ladies and maybe the juniors who regularly visit this eastern edge of the Surrey Hills are the best judges of how pleasant the forest is.

My informants were impressed with both the friendlier forest and its improved visibility. I ran a couple of courses in the weeks before the event and found Neil's planning both challenging and enjoyable. It is difficult to keep the amount of climb down but the courses cleverly contoured along the hill slopes.

I congratulate Neil on his courses. They were well planned and provided us with a very good Regional Compassport round.
